1. Tickets can only be purchased from this website by Credit Card or Interac Online. All Vouchers or Passes must be used on location. 

2. Tickets purchased online can be modified or exchanged at the theatre location they were purchased for during operating hours. 

3. Tickets purchased that are unused and not exchanged are non-refundable once the showtime for the tickets has passed. 

4. Exchanges must be done at least 30 minutes before the showtime of the ticket in question.

5. All online tickets must be redeemed at the applicable location by visiting a till or kiosk.

6. All patrons must possess a physical ticket for entry into the auditorium. 

7. Seat Reservations for tickets purchased online are on a choice of purchaser based on a “best available” basis. By purchasing a ticket from this website, you agree; 

   a. You will accept and sit in the seat reserved for each ticket purchased; and 

   b. We make no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row, or section of the cinema in question 

8. The purchaser agrees that we may, at our discretion, refuse to sell tickets to you or withdraw any tickets from sale via this website. 

9. Tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the governing body relevant to the location the tickets were purchased for. 

10. All tickets are subject to inspection by staff at the theatre location.
